To initiate a refund for a defective item, we require you to provide a clear and uncut video of the unboxing process, clearly showing the defect. The video should be sent to refunds@old.theneonbeauty.com within 2 days of receiving the product.
Conditions for Refund:
The following conditions must be met for a refund to be considered:
a. The video should demonstrate the unboxing of the parcel with no cuts or edits.
b. The defect must be clearly visible in the video.
c. The request for a refund must be made within 10 days of receiving the product.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and review your refund claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your store wallet which you can use anytime for your future purchases.
Shipping Costs:
We will cover the shipping costs associated with returning defective items. Please follow our instructions for returning the product once your refund claim is approved.
